To participate in all of the activities scheduled for FedFleet 2005, it is recommended that you arrive at the Opryland Hotel on Monday, June 6, 2005. We recommend scheduling your departure from Nashville no earlier than Thursday, June 9, 2005 at 5 pm.

Ground transportation:

  • The Gaylord Opryland Hotel has a shuttle that runs to and from the airport.  The cost is $23.00 roundtrip and $16.00 one way.  To find out more information on shuttle times and schedules, click here.

  • You can catch a taxi for approximately $20.00 one-way.  No reservations are needed.

Parking is available at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center.  The self-parking rate is currently $10 per vehicle/per day.  The valet rate is $16 per vehicle/per day.  Both rates have unlimited in and out privileges.

Travel to and from the airport takes approximately fifteen (15) minutes, depending on the time of day.
