2005 FedFleet Workshop and Information Fair will be held at the breathtaking Room Rates The 2005 FedFleet Executive Planning Committee has reserved an ample block of rooms for all participants. Reservations must be made by Saturday, May 7, 2005. After this date rooms will be available on a space available basis at the prevailing rack rate.
These special rates will be offered from June 2, 2005 to June 12, 2005 to accommodate agency meetings and those wishing to spend extra time in the area. Hotel Reservations Hotel reservations should be made by the attendee. Attendees can call the hotel directly. The hotel can be reached at 888.777.6779. Check In / Check Out Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Cancellations In accordance with the hotel policies, should any attendee cancel his or her reservation within 72 hours of arrival, their card will be charged 1 night room rate and tax. Hotel Tax Exemption Form Download the Tennessee hotel tax exemption form if you are a Federal employee paying with either a government credit card or check. Be sure to bring this form with your government ID to Nashville to avoid taxes on your hotel stay.
