Exhibitor Information

As with past FedFleets,  the best way to market your products and services to Federal Government Fleet Managers is by exhibiting at the FedFleet Information Fair.  We are expecting over 1,300 participants from all levels of fleet management within the Federal Government and from around the world.  We also anticipate many attendees from State and local governments and the private sector.

By exhibiting your products and services at FedFleet 2005, you will meet new customers, renew old acquaintances and network with industry professionals.  We've used your input from past events to ensure the exhibit area location and hours work to your advantage.  The workshop agenda and an energetic, interested group of attendees guarantee record-breaking traffic through the Exhibit Hall.  We will have ample space to exhibit virtually anything and everything you wish to bring into the exhibit hall

Exhibit Hall space is filled. If you have any questions please call A-S-K Associates at 1-800-315-4333

Building relationships with your customers…

Modern technology and busy schedules have many of us conducting business on the telephone, with fax machines, through email, and on the Internet.  Even though we all enjoy these conveniences (and sometimes necessities), we still enjoy meeting with our business partners face-to-face to discuss our future needs.  By exhibiting at FedFleet 2005, you will have the opportunity to meet over 1,300 potential and existing customers.

Why Exhibit?

  • You don't want to miss "How to do Business with the Federal Government: Special Workshop for Exhibitors" on Tuesday, June 7, 2005.  This workshop will cover how to get on the GSA Schedule.  You'll learn how to get started, how to submit an offer in response to a solicitation, how GSA Schedule contracts are awarded, and other helpful hints to assist you in marketing your company to the Federal Government.

  • The Fifth National Federal Fleet Manager Workshop and Information Fair will be the only event for Federal Fleet Managers in 2005.

  • The Federal Fleet Policy Council (FEDFLEET), the primary sponsor of the event, represents Federal agencies involved with the operation, maintenance, and repair of almost 600,000 motor vehicles worldwide.

  • FedFleet is the premier “vehicle” for government wide liaison among Federal agencies, the private sector, and other governmental entities concerning vehicle management issues.

  • The potential attendees will include Federal, State, and local representatives of vehicle fleets from the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

  • There will be opportunities to network with other vendors, Federal, State, local government, and private sector fleet managers, alternative fuel vehicle, and infrastructure providers, vehicle manufacturers, management information system providers, procurement officials, and operations and maintenance managers.

  • Hosted food functions in the exhibit hall will ensure a higher volume of traffic.

  • There are ample hospitality event opportunities.  For further information contact Dave Eckberg, CMP at 1.800.315.4333.

  • Nashville is a fabulous place to visit!
