On-site Agency Meetings We strongly believe the success of FedFleet ’98 and 2000, ’02, and ’04 was directly attributable to the agency/activity support provided by the federal fleet community. Your agency/activity's willingness to participate in FedFleet 2005 will help ensure its success again this year. In keeping with this belief, we are proud to continue our practice of offering free meeting space before and after the Workshop and Information Fair to agencies/activities that want to hold an on-site meeting. Why hold an on-site meeting? They are very advantageous and cost effective – your agency/activity can capitalize on travel and training dollars!! Each agency/activity interested in conducting an on-site meeting must submit their request in writing to Krista Freer by email at krista.freer@gsa.gov or by phone at 202.208.0372.
The meeting space is at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center, Nashville, Tennessee. While the meeting room space is free, it is limited. It is assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. Each agency/activity is responsible for arranging their audio-visual and catering needs directly with the Opryland Hotel & Convention Center. The Opryland point of contact is Tom Monroe, CMP and he can provide further information and prices regarding your audio-visual and catering needs. He can be reached at 615.889.1000 at extension 16858. You can request a Rep from GSA OGP, Fleet, Automotive OMB or Dept. of Energy, to attend your agency meetings. |
